Will this charger work on a 2006, G22 Yamaha?

I have the exact cart 48 volt and it works great

Does it shut off automatically when batteries are charged and (2) if plugged in for an extended period will it come back on if the charge drops?

The short answer is Yes on both of these as this charger is fully automatic and will shut itself off when the batteries are charged and will also kick back on when the batteries reach a certain threshold so the batteries will always be fully charged.

Will this work on a 2000 g19 model?

Yes it will work on g19 and g22 models.
